My life

Day 1
Today marks the first day of my new life in America. I learned today that I am part of the fifty seven precent of illegal immigrants from Mexico. I came here in hopes of starting over and creating a new and better life for my family. My husband, Hernesto Suarez and I crossed the border yesterday. It was very difficult due to the fact that im 9 months pregnant and expecting any day now. My husband and I are exhausted from running and were in need of sheler. For tonight we are staying with a distant relative and tomorrow Hernesto and I are on a search for public housing.
